(a) (3) ANY REQUIREMENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF PERTUSSIS
VACCINE SHALL BE CONSISTENT WITH § 18-332(B) OF THE HEALTH -
GENERAL ARTICLE.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That § 18-329(a) of
the Health - General Article, as enacted by this Act, become
effective on January 1, 1985.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the remainder of
this Act shall take effect July 1, 1984.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect January 1, 1985, and that all guidelines authorized
or required to be promulgated under Sections 18-328 through
18-332 of the Health - General Article, as enacted by this Act,
shall be promulgated no later than January 1, 1985.

AN ACT concerning
Consumer Protection - Motor Vehicle Automotive Warranty
Enforcement Act
FOR the purpose of requiring a consumer to report certain motor
vehicles to certain persons in a specific manner; providing
for repairs to certain motor vehicles under express
warranties in certain circumstances; providing for the
replacement or return for refund of certain motor vehicles
in certain circumstances; providing for certain affirmative
defenses to consumer claims under this Act; extending the
term of certain warranties or service periods in certain
circumstances; requiring a manufacturer or factory branch to
notify the Motor Vehicle Administration under certain
circumstances; providing certain consumer rights are not
limited by this Act; requiring certain information on
certain written statements to purchasers; requiring a
consumer to resort to a certain alternative procedure under
certain circumstances; providing that certain agreements are
void; requiring actions brought under this Act be commenced
within a certain time; allowing a court to award attorney's
fees under certain circumstances; defining certain terms;
providing this Act shall be construed only prospectively and
