TRANSFER AND APPLY FOR A REDUCED RATE TO THE SECRETARY WITHIN 120
DAYS OF THE DATE OF TRANSFER IN A MANNER AND FORM TO BE
PRESCRIBED BY THE SECRETARY. IN THE EVENT THE TRANSFER IS NOT
REPORTED WITHIN THIS TIME, THE EARNED RATE SHALL BE ASSIGNED TO
THE SUCCESSOR OR NEW EMPLOYER AS OF THE 1ST QUARTER AFTER THE
TRANSFER IS ACTUALLY REPORTED. NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE
CONSTRUED AS PREVENTING THE SECRETARY, WHERE A TRANSFER HAS
OCCURRED AS DESCRIBED ABOVE, RESULTING IN A HIGHER RATE OF
CONTRIBUTION TO THE SUCCESSOR EMPLOYER FROM COMBINING THE
EXPERIENCE-RATING RECORD OF THE 2 EMPLOYING UNITS AND FOR
PURPOSES OF RATE DETERMINATION TRANSFERRING TO THE SUCCESSOR
EMPLOYER THE PAYROLL RECORD AND BENEFIT CHARGES OF THE
PREDECESSOR AT ANY TIME.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Chesapeake Bay Sport Fishing Stamps
FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of Natural
Resources to issue a Chesapeake Bay Sport Fishing Stamp as
part of a certain license; providing for the sale of certain
prints under this Act; establishing a certain fee for the
stamp; authorizing the Department to prepare and sell the
stamps and certain prints for nonlicense purposes;
authorizing the Department to enter into a certain contract
relating to sale of stamps and prints; establishing a
certain special fund for the proceeds of sales of stamps and
prints for nonlicense purposes; defining certain purposes
for which the fund may be used; requiring certain reports to
the General Assembly; authorizing the Legislative Policy
Committee of the General Assembly to make certain
recommendations concerning use of the fund; providing that
enactment of this Act is contingent upon enactment of
certain other legislation; and generally relating to the
issuance of and sale of Chesapeake Bay Sport Fishing Stamps
and Prints.
