altered as provided in this Act, the inhabitants of the area
affected by this Act cease to have any claim of interest in any
county property belonging to Anne Arundel County.

SECTION [4] 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the County

Executive and County Council of Anne Arundel County, and the

Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County shall do all
those things necessary and proper to implement this Act.

SECTION [5] 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That subject to
the provisions of Section [2] 3 of this Act and for the sole
purpose of providing for the referendum required by this Act,
this Act shall take effect on July 1, [1982] 1984.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Center Advisory Committee

FOR the purpose of establishing a Maryland Lower Eastern Shore
Tourism Center Advisory Committee in the Department of

Economic and Community Development; providing for

membership, appointment of members, qualifications for
members, oath, tenure, vacancies, and removal of members of
the Advisory Committee; providing for powers and duties of
the Advisory Committee; making stylistic changes; and
generally relating to the Maryland Lower Eastern Shore
Tourism Center Advisory Committee.
