(3) Prescribe distinctive uniforms to be worn.

(g) The Authority shall have the power to enter into
agreements with the signatories, the political subdivisions
thereof in the transit zone and public safety agencies located
therein, including those of the federal government, for the
delineation of the functions and responsibilities of the metro
transit police and other duly constituted police, fire and other
public safety agencies, and for mutual assistance.

(h) Before entering upon the duties of office, each member
of the metro transit police shall take or subscribe to an oath or
affirmation, before a person authorized to administer oaths,
faithfully to perform the duties of that office.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages Licenses

PG 313-84

FOR the purpose of requiring certain alcoholic beverages license
applicants in Prince George's County to be limited in their
interest in other licenses authorizing the retail or
wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages; providing that an
interest is conclusively presumed if certain conditions
exist between 2 licensees or a licensee and an applicant for
a license with an exception; authorizing the Board to refuse
the approval of a license or revoke an existing license
based on a certain condition; and providing that this Act
does not effect licenses approved prior to a certain date.
