3. The judge agrees not to increase the
defendant's bond if an appeal is noted.
(iii) The State may not demand a jury trial.
[(e)] (F) Except as provided in Subtitle 5 of this title,
the District Court does not have jurisdiction of an offense
otherwise within the District Court's exclusive jurisdiction if a
person is charged with another offense in the circuit court
arising from the same circumstances. In this case, the circuit
court for the county has exclusive original jurisdiction over all
the offenses.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Program Open Space - Suspension of Funding
Transfer to General Fund
FOR the purpose of providing for the suspension of Program Open
Space for a certain period of time; and requiring that after
a certain date revenues available from the State transfer
tax be transferred to the General Fund and earmarked for
education if certain debt service requirements are
satisfied.
