[Education Coordinating Committee] LIDA LEE TALL LEARNING
RESOURCES CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES to lease the Lida Lee Tall
facilities for one dollar a year.

Chapter 888 of the Acts of 1982

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That any employee of
the Lida Lee Tall School who was a member of a State retirement
or pension system or optional retirement program on June 30,
1982, and who is continued in employment at the Lida Lee Tall
School by the [Education Coordinating Committee] LIDA LEE TALL
LEARNING RESOURCES CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES may continue
membership in the system to which the employee belonged; any
employee of the Lida Lee Tall School who is not a member of a
State retirement or pension system or optional retirement system
on June 30, 1982, shall have the option of becoming a member of
the teachers' pension system or the Teachers' Insurance and
Annuity Association, if eligible.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

CHAPTER 642

(House Bill 693)

AN ACT concerning

Property Subject to Forfeiture

FOR the purpose of clarifying language to ensure that   all rights,

title, and interest in money or currency       seized as
contraband of law shall vest in Baltimore City or the county

in which the currency was seized if it was   seized by a

county or Baltimore City law enforcement agency,   including a

local sheriff's department which is the law     enforcement
agency.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments

Section 297(a)(6), (7), and (8)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
