AN ACT concerning

Education - Lida Lee Tall Learning
Resources Center

FOR the purpose of renaming the Lida Lee Tall Learning Resource
Center and clarifying and adding to its purposes; providing
that the Center shall be governed by a Board of Trustees;
providing for the appointment, term, and duties of the Board
of Trustees; eliminating the applicability of provisions of
the Education Article to the Center except as specified in
this Act; making a conforming change to Chapter 888 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of 1982; and generally relating
to the Lida Lee Tall Learning Resources Center.
