SECRETARY OF BUDGET AND FISCAL PLANNING ABOUT LOANS AT LOWER
RATES OF INTEREST WHICH SHALL INCLUDE, AT A MINIMUM, AN ESTIMATE
OF THE LOWER RATE OR RATES OF INTEREST AT WHICH ELIGIBLE LOANS
MAY BE MADE AND THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF LOANS EXPECTED
TO BE MADE AT THE LOWER RATES IN THE COMING FISCAL YEAR.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Oyster Power Dredge Licenses - Fees

FOR the purpose of consolidating certain fee requirements for
holders of oyster power dredge licenses with certain other
provisions concerning fees for the catching for sale of
oysters that were enacted by Chapter 579 of the Acts of
1983; and altering certain fee requirements for catching
oysters for sale.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
