LAWS OF MARYLAND 1984

MARYLAND, Sct.:

At a Session of the General Assembly of Maryland, begun and held
in the City of Annapolis on the Eleventh Day of
January, 1984, and Ending on the Ninth Day of April,
1984, Harry Hughes, being Governor of the State, the
following laws were enacted, to wit:

CHAPTER 1

(Senate Bill 390)

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - Tax Anticipation Borrowing

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Cecil County Commissioners to
borrow up to a certain amount in a certain fiscal years year
and requiring that the amount be repaid by a certain dates
date; consolidating conflicting provisions on certain
borrowing; specifying certain required actions of the County
Commissioners; making the provisions of this Act severable;
clarifying language; and making this Act an emergency
measure.

BY repealing

The Public Local Laws of Cecil County

Section 1-22

Article 8 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

(1970 Edition and December, 1982 Supplement, as amended)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 9-9
