OTHER WORK ON UNITS IN THE CONDOMINIUM , WHICH THE DEVELOPER HAS
COMPLETED OR INTENDS TO COMPLETE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC
OFFERING STATEMENT FOR THE CONDOMINIUM.
(II) THIS REPORT SHALL BE FILED WITHIN 30 DAYS
AFTER THE TRANSFER OF 80 PERCENT OF THE UNITS IN THE CONDOMINIUM
OR 2 YEARS AFTER THE CREATION OF THE CONDOMINIUM, WHICHEVER IS
SOONER.
(3) If the developer notifies the Secretary of State
that all of the units in the condominium have been conveyed to
unit owners other than the developer, and that the developer
cannot add additional units to the condominium, the Secretary of
State shall issue an order terminating the registration of the
condominium.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning
Physicians - Medical Specialties
FOR the purpose of prohibiting certain physicians from making
certain representation to the public that the physician is
authorized to practice a medical specialty unless the
physician is identified as a specialist in that field by the
State Board of Medical Examiners; providing that the Board
may determine certain qualifications of a physician on
request; providing that the Board may contract with certain
groups for certain services; requiring the Board to adopt
certain rules and regulations under this Act; allowing the
Board to approve certain additional specialties that are
recognized and approved by national specialty certifying
boards certain organizations; providing for an effective
date; and generally relating to medical specialties that the
Board may authorize a physician to perform.
