[17-313.] 5.5-312 311.

(a)  The Board shall keep a current record of each
application for certification.

(b)  The record shall include:

(1)  The name, residence address, and age of each
applicant;

(2)  The name and address of the applicant's employer;

(3)  The date of the application;

(4)  Complete information on the education and
experience qualifications of each applicant;

(5)  The date the Board reviewed and acted on the
application;

(6)  The action taken by the Board on the application;

(7)  The serial number of any certificate issued to
the applicant; and

(8)  Any other information that the Board considers
necessary.

(A) THE BOARD SHALL ADOPT A CODE OF ETHICS DESIGNED TO
PROTECT THE PUBLIC'S INTEREST.

[(a)] (B) Subject to the hearing provisions of [§ 17-315] §
5.5-314 313 of this subtitle, the Board, on the affirmative vote
of a majority of its full authorized membership, may deny any
applicant certification, reprimand any individual certified, or
suspend or revoke a certification, if the applicant or individual
certified:

(1)  Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or attempts
to obtain a certificate for the applicant or certificate holder
or another;

(2)  Fraudulently or deceptively uses a certificate;

(3)  Knowingly violates any provision of this title;

(4)  Commits any gross negligence, incompetence, or
misconduct in the practice of [sanitation] ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH;
[or]

(5)   Is convicted of or pleads guilty or nolo
contendere to a felony or to a crime involving moral turpitude,
