HARRY HUGHES, Governor 2881 (A) (1) AT LEAST TWICE EACH YEAR THE REVIEW BOARD SHALL (2) THE REVIEW BOARD MAY REVIEW A CASE BEFORE 6 (B) (1) NOTWITHSTANDING THE PROVISIONS OF § 13-708(B)(7) OF (I) CONTINUED; (II) MODIFIED; OR (III) TERMINATED. (2) NOTWITHSTANDING THAT THE REVIEW BOARD RECOMMENDS (C) THE DISABLED INDIVIDUAL SHALL: (1) ATTEND EACH REVIEW BOARD HEARING IF THE DISABLED (2) BE REPRESENTED AT EACH REVIEW BOARD HEARING BY: (I) THE LAWYER THAT THE DISABLED INDIVIDUAL (II) A LAWYER WHO IS APPOINTED BY THE COURT. (D) EXCEPT FOR PURPOSES OF A JUDICIAL PROCEEDING UNDER THIS SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the provisions SECTION 4.
