(V) A BNR LICENSE IS RESTRICTED TO THE PURPOSE
OF PROVIDING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE LICENSED
PREMISES ONLY AND PROVIDES NO OFF-SALE PRIVILEGES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Harford County - Alcoholic Beverages - Special
Licensing Fees Licenses Licensing Fees

FOR the purpose of altering the fees which the holder of a Class
C special beer, or beer and wine, or beer, wine and liquor
license is required to pay daily in Harford County ; and
authorizing a certain purchase privilege for certain special
Class C holders in Harford County.
