DETERMINATIONS OF TRADE SECRET STATUS CAN BE MADE AND THE
NECESSARY PROTECTION CAN BE IMPLEMENTED.

(L) NOTHING IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE CONSTRUED AS REQUIRING
THE DISCLOSURE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES OF PROCESS OR PERCENTAGE
OF MIXTURE INFORMATION WHICH IS A TRADE SECRET.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the initial
chemical information lists based upon available information and
any available material safety data sheets required under this Act
shall be compiled initially and made available to the appropriate
persons no later than December 31, 1984.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That manufacturers
and distributors shall comply with §§ 32J and 32K no later than
November 25, 1985.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That employers shall
comply with all provisions of this subtitle no later than May 25,
1986.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

Controlled Hazardous Substance Facility - Permit

FOR the purpose of providing that a controlled hazardous
substance facility permit is required before a person may
own a controlled hazardous substance facility; providing for
separate permits under this Act; and generally relating to
controlled hazardous substance facility permits.
