(2)  Each member of the governing body for the county
where the action is planned;

(3)  The county executive, mayor, or chief executive
officer, if any, in whose county or city, the action is planned;

(4)  Any health care provider, third party payor,
local planning agency, or any other person the Commission knows
has an interest in the application.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

CHAPTER 456

(House Bill 949)

AN ACT concerning

Somerset County - County Commissioners - Sale of Public Property

FOR the purpose of permitting the County Commissioners of
Somerset County to sell certain county property under
certain circumstances, and providing for the use of the
proceeds of the sale; establishing certain notice
requirements; and requiring the County Commissioners to have
the provisions of this Act duly noted in a new edition of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the County Commissioners of Somerset County may
approve the sale of sell property located in or contiguous to the
Princess Anne Industrial Park to any buyer, for any
consideration, and in any manner. The sale shall be completed by
June 30, 1985. The proceeds from this sale may be used by the
County Commissioners §as they see fit in accordance with the
county budget. Any sales agreement entered into under this
section may not become effective until a copy thereof has been
filed with the clerk of the court of the county, and a summary of
the agreement has been published in at least one newspaper of
general circulation in the county.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That when the County
Commissioners of Somerset County cause a new edition of the Code
of Public Local Laws for the County to be prepared, the
provisions of this Act shall be duly noted in a footnote for
reference purposes.
