injury to or death of any person;

(iv) Driving or attempting to drive a motor
vehicle while the driver's license or privilege to drive is
suspended or revoked;

(v) Failure to stop or give information, as
required by §§ 20-103 through 20-105 of this article, in the
event of an accident resulting in damage to a* vehicle or other
property;

(vi) Any offense that caused or contributed to
an accident resulting in bodily injury to or death of any person;
[or]

(vii) Reckless driving; OR

(VIII) FLEEING OR ELUDING ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE A
POLICE OFFICER;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Creation of a State Debt -
Society for the Preservation of Maryland Antiquities

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $161,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant
to the Society for the Preservation of Maryland Antiquities
for the purpose of the restoration, reequipping, renovation,
reconstruction, and improvement of the Rodgers Tavern in
Perryville, Maryland; providing that certain easements be
granted to the Maryland Historical Trust; and providing
generally for the issue and sale of bonds evidencing the
loan.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:

(1) The Board of Public Works may borrow money and incur
indebtedness on behalf of the State of Maryland through a State
loan to be known as the Society for the Preservation of Maryland
