IN ADDITION TO ANY REGISTRATION FEE, EACH PERSON WHO REGISTERS A
COMMERCIAL FEED SHALL PAY AN INSPECTION FEE AT A RATE OF 5 CENTS
PER TON OF FEED SOLD IN THE STATE.

(a) For each brand and grade of commercial fertilizer and
for each soil conditioner distributed in the State, the annual
registration fee is $10 and the annual inspection fee is [15] 25
cents 20 CENTS per ton except:
(1) For each brand and grade of commercial fertilizer
and each soil conditioner distributed in packages of 10 pounds or
less, the annual registration fee is $25, notwithstanding any
other registration or inspection fee; and
(2) For each brand and grade of commercial fertilizer
and each soil conditioner distributed in packages of 10 pounds or
less and in packages over 10 pounds, the annual $25 registration
fee applies, and only the portion distributed in packages over 10
pounds is subject to the inspection fee of [15] 25 cents 20 CENTS
per ton.

(b) Each distributor shall pay an annual $100 registration
fee for agricultural liming materials and gypsum sold or
distributed in the State. In addition, each distributor shall
pay an inspection fee at the rate of [5] 10 cents per ton sold in
the State.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1984.
