AN ACT concerning

Jeanne Bussard Training Workshop Loan of 1983

FOR the purpose of amending the Jeanne Bussard Training Workshop
Loan Act of 1983 to permit the previously authorized funds
to be used either for the design, construction, and
equipping of an addition to the existing facility or for the
design, construction, and equipping of a new facility.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 356 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1983

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

AN ACT concerning

Jeanne Bussard Training Workshop

FOR the purpose of authorizing the creation of a State Debt in
the amount of $200,000, the proceeds to be used as a grant
to the Jeanne Bussard Training Workshop, Frederick City,
Maryland for the purpose of the design, construction, and
equipping of an addition to THE EXISTING JEANNE BUSSARD
TRAINING WORKSHOP, [the] OR THE DESIGN, CONSTRUCTION, AND
EQUIPPING OF A NEW Jeanne Bussard Training Workshop,
Frederick City, Maryland, subject to the requirement that
the Jeanne Bussard Training Workshop provide at least an
equal and matching fund of a certain kind for the same
purpose by a certain date; and providing generally for the
issue and sale of bonds evidencing the loan.
