(3)  To local or State officials responsible for the
administration of the child protective service as necessary to
carry out their official functions; or

(4)  To a person who is the alleged child abuser or
the person who is suspected of child neglect if that person is
responsible for the child's welfare and provisions are made for
the protection of the identity of the reporter or any other
person whose life or safety is likely to be endangered by
disclosing the information.

[23A.

(a) In this section, "employer" has the same meaning as
under the State Workmen's Compensation Laws.

(b) Prior to issuance of a license or permit under this
subtitle to an employer to engage in an activity in which he may
employ one or more persons, the employer shall file with the
issuing authority, a certificate of compliance with the State
Workmen's Compensation Laws, under provisions and regulations of
the Workmen's Compensation Law. An employer-applicant may
provide, as evidence of insurance, a workmen's compensation
insurance policy number or binder number, in lieu of submitting a
certificate of compliance.]

Article - Commercial Law

15-213.

This subtitle does not repeal the law relating to:

(1)  Fraudulent conveyances from one spouse to the
other, as provided in [Article 45, §§ 1, 2, and 11 of the Code]
§§ 4-205, 4-206, AND 4-301 OF THE FAMILY LAW ARTICLE;

(2)  Priorities and preferences in insolvency, as
provided in Subtitle 1 of this title; or

(3)  Bulk transfers, as defined in Title 6 of this
article.

Article - Courts and Judicial Proceedings

3-904.

(h) For the purposes of this section, a person born to
parents who have not participated in a marriage ceremony with
each other is considered to be the child of [his] THE mother.
[He] THE PERSON is considered to be the child of [his] THE father
only if [his] THE father (1) has been judicially determined to be
the father in a proceeding brought under [§ 66E of Article 16] §
5-1010 OF THE FAMILY LAW ARTICLE, or (2) prior to the death of
the child, (a) has acknowledged himself, in writing, to be the
