therefor on subsequent payments due from the applicant.

AN ACT concerning

Pharmacists - Emergency Refill of Prescriptions

FOR the purpose of permitting a pharmacist to refill a
prescription without authorization of an authorized
prescriber under certain conditions; and providing an
exception to a ground for disciplinary action for refilling
a prescription without authorization.
