TAXPAYER OWING A DEBT TO THE STATE. ANY INFORMATION SO DISCLOSED
SHALL BE USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTION OF THE DEBT
OWED TO THE STATE BY THE TAXPAYER.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Physicians - Advertising by Acupuncturist

FOR the purpose of providing that an acupuncturist may advertise
only as permitted by the rules and regulations of the State
Board of Medical Examiners.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 14-605(f) through (i), respectively, of
Article - Health Occupations of the Annotated Code of Maryland be
renumbered to be Section(s) 14-605(g) through (j), respectively.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:
