LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 296

In subsection (b)(1) of this section, the concluding
conjunction "or" is substituted for the former word
"and" to reflect apparent legislative intent.

In subsection (c) of this section, the word "shall" is
substituted for the former language "are authorized
to". This mandatory language reflects the mandatory
nature of the former phrase "shall receive", which
referred to the information requested by the Child
Support Enforcement Administration in subsection (b)
of this section.

In subsection (d)(1) of this section, the concluding
conjunction "or" is substituted for the former word
"and" to reflect apparent legislative intent.

Defined terms: "County" § 1-101
"Support" § 1-101
