2174 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 296 (2) A PERSON WHO IS DESIGNATED BY THE COURT AS (B) AUTHORITY OF COURT. THE COURT MAY ORDER THAT ALIMONY PAYMENTS BE MADE TO A (C) DUTIES OF DESIGNEE. (1) SEND THE PAYMENTS TO THE RECIPIENT; AND (2) KEEP A RECORD OF: (I) THE AMOUNT OF EACH PAYMENT; (II) THE DATE THAT EACH PAYMENT MUST BE MADE; (III) THE NAME AND ADDRESS OF EACH PARTY. (D) DUTIES OF PARTIES. EACH PARTY SHALL INFORM THE DESIGNEE OF: (1) ANY CHANGE OF ADDRESS; OR (2) ANY OTHER FACT THAT MIGHT AFFECT THE (E) FAILURE TO MAKE PAYMENTS. IF THE PARTY WHO IS REQUIRED TO PAY ALIMONY FAILS TO MAKE A (F) REPRESENTATION BY STATE'S ATTORNEY.
