ACTING AS A RESPONDING STATE DOES NOT SUPERSEDE ANY OTHER ORDER
OF SUPPORT. AMOUNTS PAID FOR A PARTICULAR PERIOD IN ACCORDANCE
WITH EITHER ORDER SHALL BE CREDITED AGAINST AMOUNTS ACCRUING OR
