10-320. EVIDENCE OF HUSBAND AND WIFE.

PROCEEDINGS UNDER THIS SUBTITLE. HUSBAND AND WIFE ARE COMPETENT
WITNESSES AND MAY BE COMPELLED TO TESTIFY TO ANY RELEVANT MATTER,
INCLUDING MARRIAGE AND PARENTAGE.

10-321. RULES OF EVIDENCE.

JURISDICTION IN THIS STATE.

10-322. ORDER OF SUPPORT.

IF THE COURT OF THIS STATE, WHEN THIS IS THE RESPONDING
STATE, FINDS A DUTY OF SUPPORT, THE COURT MAY:

(1)  ORDER THE OBLIGOR TO PROVIDE SUPPORT OR
REIMBURSEMENT FOR SUPPORT; AND

(2)   SUBJECT THE PROPERTY OF THE OBLIGOR TO THE ORDER.
