ORDER TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT. (A) AUTHORITY OF COURT. BEFORE TRIAL AND WITH THE WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE ACCUSED (1) ORDER THE INDIVIDUAL TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT (2) PLACE THE INDIVIDUAL ON PROBATION ON THE (B) DETERMINATION OF AMOUNT.
