implementation and application of
the formula outlined herein. Of
the amount hereby appropriated,
funds for Home Health Services,
Master Plan for Water and Sewage,
Air Quality, Rodent Eradication,
and Geriatric Screening and
Evaluation shall be apportioned
among the several political
subdivisions in the same manner
as heretofore provided with
respect to the minimum budget for
other general local health
services.

The appropriation provided for
Local Health Services is to be
used only for the purpose herein
appropriated and there shall be
no budgetary transfer by budget
amendment or otherwise from this
program to any other program or
purpose. All funds remaining at
the close of June 30, 1985 shall
be reverted to the general fund
of the State.

General Fund Appropriation,
provided that $49,971 of the
general fund amount allocated to
Wicomico County shall be reverted
on June 30, 1985, if the position
of Local Health Officer is not
