AND ORDERS THAT RELATE TO EACH CASE BROUGHT UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

5-1048. OUT-OF-STATE ADJUDICATION.

IF A COURT IN ANY OTHER STATE HAS ADJUDICATED THE PATERNITY
OF A CHILD, THE JUDGMENT, ORDER, OR DECREE OF THAT COURT SHALL BE
PROVED AND HAVE THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT IN A PROCEEDING UNDER
THIS SUBTITLE AS IN ANY OTHER CIVIL PROCEEDING IN THIS STATE.

GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

Former Article 16, § 66P, which related to severability, is
deleted as unnecessary in light of Article 1, § 23 of the Code.

the provisions will remain effective.
