LAWS OF MARYLAND

Ch. 296

In item (2) of this section, the phrase "outside the
household", which modifies "place to live", is new
language added for clarity.

In item (3) of this section, the phrase "in the past"
is substituted for the former phrase "until recently",
for clarity.

The sixth sentence of former Article 88A, § 101, which
provided that the "intention of this subtitle is to
establish a program", is deleted as unnecessary in
light of § 4-515 of this subtitle, which actually
establishes the intended program.
