SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 88A of Article 40 - General Assembly of
the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s) 5,
48, 104, 105, and 106 and the subtitle "State Manual" of Article
41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Article 54 -
Hall of Records of the Annotated Code of Maryland be repealed in
its entirety.
