committee shall be subject to an annual audit of the accounts of
receipts and disbursements by the [State] LEGISLATIVE Auditor.
Article - Commercial Law
13-201.
There is a Division of Consumer Protection in the
[Department of Law] OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. The Division
shall administer this subtitle.
Article - Corporations and Associations
11-201.
(a) There is a Division of Securities in the [Department of
Law] OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. The Division shall
administer this title.
Article - Natural Resources
5-219.
The Secretary shall adopt rules and regulations subject to
the review of the JOINT COMMITTEE ON Administrative, [Executive]
EXECUTIVE, and Legislative Review [Committee], to carry out the
provisions of Article 81, §§ 280C and 280D of the Code, which
relate to the income tax modifications for reforestation and
timber stand improvements.
Article - Transportation
15-512.
(f) The payments provided for in this section shall be
suspended or reduced when the Administration, with the advice of
the Governor's Commission on Abandonment and Recycling of Motor
Vehicles, determines that ordinary market forces do not require
the payment of the full bounty or any bounty to encourage the
removal and destruction of vehicles. After payments are
suspended or reduced under this subsection, the payments provided
for in this section shall resume only when the Administration,
with the advice of the Governor's Commission on Abandonment and
Recycling of Motor Vehicles, determines that ordinary market
forces do require the payment of the full bounty or part of it to
encourage the removal and destruction of vehicles. The
determinations made by the Administration under this subsection
shall be submitted to the Joint [Standing] Committee on
Administrative, [Executive] EXECUTIVE, and Legislative Review for
review.
