(f) The Board shall meet regularly, and shall submit an
annual report, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the local legislative
delegation of the General Assembly concerning the status of the
Scenic and Wild River Program. The Board shall recommend for
inclusion in the scenic and wild rivers system, rivers, streams,
portions of rivers, streams, and tributaries based on the
inventory and studies of the Department and the recommendations
of the appropriate local advisory boards.

(d) [Subject to Article 40, § 51 of the Code, the] THE
Department shall report every two years to the Governor and,
SUBJECT TO § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE, TO THE
General Assembly on January 1 concerning the progress of the
implementation of this subtitle. The report may contain
recommendations for (1) improvements to the subtitle, (2) actions
needed to improve implementation of the subtitle, and (3)
amendments to the flood hazard area maps.

(g) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], the Department of Natural Resources shall
prepare and submit an annual report to the General Assembly
summarizing information on used oil collection and recycling,
analyzing the effectiveness of the act's provisions and their
implementation, and making recommendations for any necessary
changes in the provisions or their administration.

[For any] WITHIN 120 DAYS AFTER THE END OF A fiscal year in
which the Department implements the State standby set-aside
program, [it] THE DEPARTMENT shall report on the implementation,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], to the General Assembly[, within 120 days after the
end of that fiscal year]. The report shall include a description
of the number and types of applications for State set-aside
product received and approved by the Department during that
fiscal year.

(e) The Secretary annually shall prepare a report
describing the activities of the program and recommending
improvements to the program. The report shall be submitted to
the Governor and, subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT
Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to the General Assembly not later
than the February 1 following the close of the program year.
