HARRY HUGHES, Governor                                         1549

The State Agency shall make studies concerning the problems
of old age and survivors' insurance protection for employees
covered by this subtitle[,] and concerning the operation of
agreements made and plans approved under this subtitle[,] and,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], shall submit a report to the [legislature] GENERAL
ASSEMBLY at the beginning of each regular session, covering the
administration and operation of this subtitle during the
preceding fiscal year, including such recommendations for
amendments to this subtitle as it considers proper.

(d) The board of trustees shall:

(2) Submit an annual report to the Governor and,
subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of
the Code], to the General Assembly.

Article 78 - Public Service Commission Law

3A.

(i) Subject to § 2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article
[40, § 51 of the Code], the utility consumer advisory panel shall
report on its activities to the General Assembly by January 1 of
each year.

57.

The Commission shall make an annual report, summarizing the
activities of the Commission, to the Governor and, subject to §
2-1312 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT Article [40, § 51 of the Code], to
the General Assembly on or before the third Wednesday of March of
each year. The Commission also shall publish annually a report
which shall include the summary of Commission activities,
including the progress of the residential conservation service
plan and Commission activities directed toward the moderation of
peak electrical demand and energy conservation measures to reduce
electrical and natural gas demand by public gas and electric
utilities in this State, as well as all rules, regulations,
opinions, and orders promulgated or entered by the Commission
during the calendar year covered by the annual report, and any
other information which the Commission deems of value.

Article 78B - Racing Commission

13.

(a) Every person or persons, association or corporation
licensed to hold racing meets within the State of Maryland as
hereinbefore provided, shall on or before March 15 of each year
return to the Commission a full statement, under oath, of their
receipts from all sources whatsoever during the preceding fiscal
year, of each such licensee and of all expenses and
