AN ACT concerning

State Government Article

FOR the purpose of correcting certain errors in the revision of
the State Government Article; reintegrating, with provisions
of the State Government Article, certain provisions that
relate to meetings and records of local subdivisions;
correcting outdated references to materials included in the
State Government Article and related articles; conforming
certain terminology to that used in those articles; deleting
certain obsolete provisions, including the provisions as to
the Commission on Nursing Issues; and making stylistic
changes.
