NAVIGATIONAL AIDS. (A) "NAVIGATIONAL AID" DEFINED. IN THIS SECTION, "NAVIGATIONAL AID" MEANS A BEACON, (B) QUANTITY OF LAND. THIS TITLE DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ACQUISITION OF MORE THAN 5 (C) SUBMERGED LAND. IF THE LAND THAT IS NEEDED FOR A NAVIGATIONAL AID IS UNDER NAVIGABLE WATERS IN THE STATE AND AN AGENT OF THE UNITED STATES SUBMITS TO THE GOVERNOR AN APPLICATION THAT DESCRIBES THE SITE, (1) CEDE JURISDICTION OVER THE LAND; AND (2) CONVEY ANY TITLE THAT THE STATE HOLDS IN THE LAND.
