11-404. APPENDICES TO FORM.

(A)  DEVELOPMENT.

EACH STATE UNIT THAT HAS AUTHORITY TO ISSUE A DEVELOPMENT
PERMIT SHALL HELP THE COORDINATOR TO DEVELOP AN APPENDIX TO THE
STATE MASTER APPLICATION FORM DESIGNED TO SUPPLEMENT THE
INFORMATION ON THE FORM AND PROVIDE THE PARTICULAR INFORMATION
THAT THE STATE UNIT NEEDS TO ISSUE ITS DEVELOPMENT PERMIT.

(B)  FORM OF APPENDIX.

THE FORM OF THE APPENDICES SHALL BE AS SIMILAR AS POSSIBLE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section formerly appeared as the
fourth and fifth sentences of Art. 78A, § 58(c).

In subsection (a) of this section, the references to
the "State master application form" and "form" are
substituted for the former references to the "master
application", for clarity.

The only other changes are in style.

IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.

(B)  CONSOLIDATED HEARING.

"CONSOLIDATED HEARING" MEANS A HEARING BEFORE STATE UNITS
FROM WHICH DEVELOPMENT PERMITS ARE REQUIRED.
