10-216. APPEALS TO COURT OF SPECIAL APPEALS.

(A) SCOPE OF SECTION.

THIS SECTION DOES NOT APPLY TO:

(1)  A CASE THAT ARISES UNDER THE MARYLAND VEHICLE LAW
UNLESS A RIGHT TO APPEAL TO THE COURT OF SPECIAL APPEALS IS
SPECIFICALLY PROVIDED; OR

(2)  A FINAL JUDGMENT ON ACTIONS OF THE INMATE
GRIEVANCE COMMISSION.

(B) IN GENERAL.

A PARTY WHO IS AGGRIEVED BY A FINAL JUDGMENT OF A CIRCUIT
COURT UNDER THIS SUBTITLE MAY APPEAL TO THE COURT OF SPECIAL
APPEALS IN THE MANNER THAT LAW PROVIDES FOR APPEAL OF CIVIL
CASES.
