1304 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 284 10-204. PROCEDURAL REGULATIONS. (A) REQUIRED. (1) EACH AGENCY SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS TO GOVERN (2) A REGULATION UNDER THIS SUBSECTION MAY NOT: (I) GRANT THE RIGHT TO PRACTICE LAW TO AN (II) INTERFERE WITH THE RIGHT OF A LAWYER TO (B) PREHEARING PROCEDURES.
