GENERAL REVISOR'S NOTE:

Former Art. 41, § 256M(c), which stated that a document is
"evidence in accordance with § 10-203(a)(2) of the Courts
Article", is deleted as unnecessary in light of the referenced
section.

Former Art. 41, § 256S, which related to the validity of a
regulation that was adopted before October 31, 1974, now appears
in the Session Laws.

Former Art. 41, § 256T, which stated the short title for
former Art. 41, §§ 256B through 256T, is deleted as unnecessary.

Provisions of former Art. 41, §§ 256B through 256T that
related to the adoption of a regulation now appear in Title 10,
Subtitle 1 of this article.

Present Art. 41, § 256F(j), which relates to requests for
bids on State contracts, is retained in Art. 41 for inclusion in
the State Finance and Procurement Article.

TITLE 8. ORGANIZATION OF EXECUTIVE BRANCH.

SUBTITLE 1. GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

8-101. "COUNCIL" DEFINED.

IN THIS SUBTITLE, "COUNCIL" MEANS THE GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE
COUNCIL.

repetition of the full title "Governor's Executive
Council".

8-102. ESTABLISHED.

THERE IS A GOVERNOR'S EXECUTIVE COUNCIL.

8-103. COMPOSITION.

THE COUNCIL INCLUDES:
