Subsection (b)(1) and (2) of this section is revised
to apply to a notice that sets a date for termination
of an opportunity to be heard. This revision conforms
to practice and is consistent with the effect of
publication under subsection (b)(3) of this section.

7-215. CHANGES IN DOCUMENTS.

THE ADMINISTRATOR MAY REQUIRE A UNIT TO REIMBURSE THE
DIVISION FOR THE COST OF A PUBLICATION OF A DOCUMENT IN AN ISSUE
OF THE REGISTER IF THE UNIT SUBMITS, WITHDRAWS, OR CHANGES THE
DOCUMENT AFTER THE CLOSING DATE AND HOUR OF THAT ISSUE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former Art. 41, §
256K(f).

The reference to the "closing date and hour" is
substituted for the former reference to the "date and
time established by the administrator pursuant to
Article 41, §§ 256F(c) and 256N", for conformity to
other references in this subtitle and for brevity.

7-216. DISTRIBUTION.

(A)  PRICES.

(1)  THE COMMITTEE SHALL ADOPT GUIDELINES FOR THE
ADMINISTRATOR TO SET THE PRICE FOR A COPY OF OR A SUBSCRIPTION TO
THE CODE OF MARYLAND REGULATIONS AND THE REGISTER.

(2)  THE COMMITTEE MAY ALLOW:

(I)  A VOLUME DISCOUNT; AND

(II)  THE FREE, RECIPROCAL EXCHANGE OF
PUBLICATIONS BY THE STATE AND OTHER JURISDICTIONS.

(B)  PUBLIC.

A COPY OF THE CODE OF MARYLAND REGULATIONS OR THE REGISTER
SHALL BE AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC AT THE PRICE SET UNDER THIS
SECTION.
