(b) (2) In Montgomery County, every property tax bill
rendered for fiscal year [1985] 1986 and thereafter shall list
separately any deferred water or sewer connection benefit charges
applicable to an assessed property.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1984.

AN ACT concerning

Prince George's County - Sheriff's Office
PG 321-84

FOR the purpose of creating the position of chief assistant
sheriff in Prince George's County; providing a method for
determining the salary of the chief assistant sheriff;

altering the method of determining the salary of an

assistant sheriff; increasing the amount of the expense
allowance; and generally relating to the positions of chief
assistant sheriff and assistant sheriff in Prince George's
County.

FOR the purpose of increasing the number and salary of and
expense money for the full-time assistant sheriffs of Prince
George's County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
