(Senate Bill 425)
AN ACT concerning
Prince George's County - Alcoholic Beverages - Part-Time Inspectors and Class B-MB/22 Licenses FOR the purpose of establishing a Class B-MB/22 license in a certain legislative
district of Prince George's County; authorizing the Class B-MB/22 license to be
issued only to certain persons; setting an annual fee; authorizing the holder of
both a Class B-MB/22 license and a certain micro-brewery license to hold a
certain additional license; specifying that a Class B-MB/22 license holder is
entitled to sell liquor under certain conditions; increasing the number of
part-time inspectors appointed by the Board of License Commissioners of
Prince George's County; and generally relating to alcoholic beverages inspectors
and alcoholic beverages licenses in Prince George's County. BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Section 6-201(r)(1)(i) and 15-112(r)(l) and (2)

(r) (1) (i) This subsection applies only in Prince George's County. (14) (I) THERE IS A CLASS B-MB/22 LICENSE, WHICH MAY BE ISSUED
ONLY TO A HOLDER OF A CLASS 7 MICRO-BREWERY LICENSE IN THE 22ND
LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT.
