(ii) Make monthly reports in writing to the Board covering the
activities and setting forth any complaints or violations that may have been observed
or reported;
(iii) Assist the Board in enforcing the alcoholic beverages laws; and
(iv) Have any other duties as the Board may prescribe.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2005.

AN ACT concerning
Baltimore City - Alcoholic Beverages - Municipal Golf Course Exemption
FOR the purpose of exempting a Class C beer, wine and liquor (club) license issued for
use on the premises of a municipal golf course in a certain legislative district in
Baltimore City from certain prohibitions relating to the issuance and transfer of
licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages in Baltimore City; and generally
relating to alcoholic beverages licenses in Baltimore City.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
9-204.1.
(a) New licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages may not be issued in:
(1) The 11th through 21st precincts of the 25th ward of Baltimore City.
This area includes the following communities:
Brooklyn
Cherry Hill
Curtis Bay
Fairfield
