provided, to the Board of Directors of the Mission of
Love, Inc. for the acquisition, design, construction,
reconstruction, renovation, and capital equipping of
land and an addition to a warehouse for the Mission of
Love, located in Capital Heights (Prince George's
County). NOTWITHSTANDING SECTION 13(5) OF THIS
ACT, THE MATCHING FUND MAY CONSIST OF REAL
PROPERTY OR IN KIND CONTRIBUTIONS.......................              100,000 SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2005. Approved April 26, 2005.

AN ACT concerning State Employees - Military Administrative Leave - Sunset Extension FOR the purpose of extending the termination date for the use of military
administrative leave or certain paid leave for certain State employees who are
on active military duty on a certain date or are activated for military duty on or
after a certain date; and generally relating to military administrative leave for
State employees. BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

Chapter 122 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 2004 Section 2 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows: Article - State Personnel and Pensions 9-1107. (a) This section applies to all employees, except temporary employees, of all
units in the Executive, Judicial, and Legislative branches of State government,
including any unit with an independent personnel system. - 867 -
