COUNTY LOCAL LAWS Ordinance No. 15-33 Zoning Text Amendment No. 04-04 AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of: -    defining the term "combination retail store"; -    requiring any combination retail store established after a certain date to
obtain special exception approval; and -    allowing any combination retail store established before a certain date to
