Bill No. 2004-28 AN ACT OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF DORCHESTER COUNTY, MARYLAND,
TO AMEND CHAPTER 155, SECTION 155-38. N. OF THE DORCHESTER
COUNTY CODE TO PROVIDE CLEARER GUIDELINES REGARDING GROWTH
ALLOCATION PROCESS FOR MUNICIPAL AND NON-MUNICIPAL REQUESTS
AS WELL AS DEFINING THE TERMS: MUNICIPAL INFILL GROWTH
ALLOCATION, MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION GROWTH ALLOCATION, AND
SUPPLEMENTAL GROWTH ALLOCATION. HARFORD COUNTY Bill No. 04-03 AN ACT to repeal and. reenact, with amendments, Subsection B, of Section 256-12,
. Connection charges, of Article I, General Provisions, to add new Section
256-12.1, Capital charges for fire stations or substations, to Article I. General
Provisions." and to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection A, of
Section 256-44, Connection charges, of Article V, Capital charges, all of Chapter
256, Water and Sewers, of the Harford County Code; as amended; to provide an
exemption from connection charges related to water and sewer for the Harford
County Volunteer Fire and Ambulance companies; and generally relating to
connection charges.
Bill No. 04-08 As Amended AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection B(2)(a), Schools, of
Section 267-104, Adequate public facilities, of Article XXI, Public Facilities, of
Part 6, Growth Management, of Chapter 267, Zoning, of County Council Bill
03-37, as amended, as enacted by the Council on October 7, 2003; to provide for
a change in adequacy standards for schools: to provide that the new adequacy
standards adopted under this Act shall remain in effect until June 30. 2007. and
on that date the adequacy standards shall revert to the standards that were in
effect prior to the adoption of this Act: and generally relating to adequate public
facilities.
Bill No. 04-10 AN ACT to repeal and reenact, with amendments, Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water
and Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to provide for the
adoption of the Spring 2004 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said
Plan to the Maryland Department of the Environment for its approval and
implementation pursuant to Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland
Annotated Code.
