changing a certain definition definitions: limiting the use of certain recreational
areas; requiring that nitrogen removal be used for new individual sewerage
systems; amending the buffer exemption and enhancement program; requiring
that certain mitigation is required for certain redeveloped impervious surfaces;
amending the standards for granting variances for development in the critical
area, and matters generally relating to the County's critical area law.
