RESOLUTION NO. 2004-2
A RESOLUTION of the President and Commissioners of Princess Anne,
Maryland proposing the annexation to the Town of Princess Anne of a certain parcel
of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the northerly Corporate Limits of the
Town of Princess Anne, popularly known as the "The Hickory Lane Annexation"
bounded on the South by Hickory Lane and being designated as parcel 80, tax map
15, containing 10.591 acres, more or less and being further known as 30520 Hickory
Road.
[Section 202 Z of the Charter of the Town of Princess Anne, Somerset County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), added.

Maryland proposing the annexation to the Town of Princess Anne of certain parcels of
land situated contiguous to and binding upon the northerly Corporate Limits of the
Town of Princess Anne, popularly known as the "The Malone Annexation" bounded on
the North by properties now or formerly owned by Robert and Nancy Wink and
property of Samuel Bozman, on the West by Walnut Street; and bounded on the South
by the lands of Walter Powell; and on the east by the lands now or formerly of Linda
Biedling and Pearlie Kilgore, and including Harvey Russell Road and a portion of
Walnut Street.
