MUNICIPAL CHARTERS the corporate boundaries of said Town by the annexation of certain land contiguous to
and adjoining the existing corporate area. (19.28 acres of land, more or less) [Pursuant to Section 201 of the Charter of the Town of North East, Cecil County,
as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement). Effective Date January 20, 2005]
OAKLAND (Garrett County) RESOLUTION NO. R2004-01 (ANNEXATION NO. 01 - Board of Education property located between Dennett Road, South Eleventh Street and Oakland Avenue and Floyd and Eleanor Arnold Property Annexation) A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF OAKLAND
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland
(1981 Constitutions Replacement Volume) and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (Volume 1, 2001 Replacement Volume), to amend the
Charter of the Mayor and Town Council of Oakland as adopted on June 10, 2000, by
the Mayor and Town Council of Oakland by amending Section 1-102, "Boundaries".
The effect of the boundary amendment is to enlarge the corporate boundaries as
recorded, pursuant to Section 1-102 of the Town's Charter with the Clerk of the Court
for Garrett County, all more fully described in a Plat of the area to be annexed dated
March 2, 2004, revised March 9, 2004, available to be viewed at Oakland City Hall at
15 South Third Street, Oakland, Maryland. [Section 1-102 of the Charter of the Town of Oakland, Garrett County, as found
in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters (1990
Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Effective Date June 7, 2004]
PITTSVILLE (Wicomico County) RESOLUTION NO. 2004-2 A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSIONERS OF THE TOWN OF
PITTSVILLE TO PROPOSE THE ANNEXATION TO THE TOWN OF PITTSVILLE
