A RESOLUTION concerning
Wawa Annexation - 8.774 Acres
FOR the purpose of authorizing the annexation of 8.774 acres, more or less, of
contiguous land into the corporate limits of the Town of La Plata by amending
the corporate limits of the Town; establishing certain terms, conditions and
circumstances applicable to such land and to the owners thereof; providing for
the zoning of such land upon annexation; and all matters relating to the
annexation of such 8.774 acres of land, more or less, into the Town of La Plata.
[Pursuant to Section C1-1 of the Charter of the Town of La Plata, Charles
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement).

CHARTER AMENDMENT RESOLUTION C-01-03
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
LANDOVER HILLS, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE
of the Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A, of the Annotated Code
of Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended) to amend the Charter of the said town, by
amending Article IV, Section 402 of the Charter of the Town of Landover Hills,
Maryland, so that the Town Manager is the resident agent of the Town.
[Article IV, Section 402 of the Charter of the Town of Landover Hills, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2004 Supplement), repealed and
reenacted, with amendments.
